Reid Industries warrants that the PikStik Product, in the course of its normal use, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. If your PikStik product is defective or breaks under normal use, return it to the original place of purchase with your proof of purchase for replacement.

PikStik Return Goods Policy - Returns by the customer, other than warranty, are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be pre-approved by PikStik. Customer service will issue a Return Authorization Number upon request. Unapproved returns will be refused. Return shipment must be prepaid by the customer.
